Calista was born February 13, 1999. Birth story But why? What are you talking about? She says: "I want my mommie!" "I love you!" (sweetest words you'll ever want to hear!) "Come here, I show you!" "I did it all by myself!" "I'm tired, I wanna nap" (yes, she's always known when she was tired. She's a good sleeper:)" "Chase me!" "You can't catch me, na na na-na na!" "My turn!" "I'm gonna get you!" "_(fillin the blank)_ will be so happy!" "I'm doing this for a reason!" "hmmm...let me think...hmmm... I KNOW! "Maybe....but...'cause uh...yeah" (not said altogether, but, fragments she uses alot!) "I'm just joking/playing" She's been using 'but' to join sentences; alot! lol She knows opposites (big, tall; up, down; in, out; etc) She sings:) She loves to sing the ABC song, Baa Baa Black Sheep, Twinkle, Twinkle, more nursery rhymes/songs and "I wanna Be A Cowboy, Baby", and some that she just makes up:) She loves watching Shrek too! :D She's watched so many times now that she knows some of the lines and says it along with the characters! hehehe She is also quite athletic already... well, she's been climbing since before she could walk; but, she will hang on your arm, climb trees, skip, roll over (feet over head), and manages to get up on countertops. She's a little ham, as you can see from my background picture. Anytime she sees a camara, she automatically puts on a smile and says, "cheese!"...so, makes it hard to get more "natural" shots...lol I've been entering her in free online photo contests. Its been quite fun so far:D Whenever you win something, they make you a graphic. I have put hers on this site but, I will also print them up for her one day and put them in her baby book:D My printer isn't working right now. Feel free to look around :D I haven't added new pictures of her lately, just the awards' graphics.
